LOS TACOS No. 1 signs long-term 9,800 s/f lease at GFP Real Estate’s 318 West 39th St.

Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, Watchale LLC, doing business as Los Tacos No. 1, has signed a new 10-year lease for 9,800 s/f on the first floor of 318 West 39th St. in the Garment District.

Los Tacos No. 1 is known for its authentic and fresh take on traditional Mexican tacos, featuring handmade tortillas, quality meats, and flavorful toppings that have made it a celebrated destination for food enthusiasts across the city.

The new space will serve as a commissary kitchen for Los Tacos No. 1, enabling the company to produce tortillas, chips, and other staples for their popular taquerias.

Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction. Neal Ohm of Newmark represented the tenant, Watchale LLC.

“Los Tacos No. 1 has grown into a New York institution, beloved for its commitment to authentic flavors and quality dining experiences. The new commissary will support the company’s seven locations across Manhattan as it continues to grow,” said Mandell. “GFP Real Estate is thrilled to welcome them to 318 West 39th St., where their presence will bring energy and vibrancy to the building and the neighborhood.”
