Lorenz of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT leases 1,030 s/f
Arlyne Lorenz of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT recently leased a space in the State Street Plaza. It is a neighborhood shopping center on Jericho Turnpike anchored by the Dix Hills Coldwell Banker in Huntington. Lorenz represented both sides of the deal.
The store coming in is a Cartridge World franchise. They refill all kinds of printer and toner cartridges. They are an international franchise and this is a new business venture for this lessee. The store is 1,030 s/f.
