Long Island Real Estate Group’s upcoming events

Woodbury, NY The Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) will hold the following upcoming events:

• May 10th: New Generation Newtworking Breakfast - A conversation with KABR managing member Adam Altman. Event will be held from 8 - 10 a.m. This event is free to LIREG New Gen Members and $50 for guests.

• May 31st: A Night at the Ballpark. Join LIREG as they take over an exclusive Porsche Party Suite at Citifield when the New York Mets host the Milwaukee Brewers. Game time is at 7:10 p.m. They will have an open bar - beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks, along with hot dogs, hamburgers and an assortment of sandwiches. Seats are limited. • July 10th: Save the date for LIREG’s Annual Golf & Tennis Outing. To be held at Glen Head Country Club, 240 Glen Cove Rd., Glen Cove.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
