Long Island Industrial leases 7,000 s/f

Long Island Industrial brokered a new lease with Deal to Win, Inc., a jewelry manufacturer and retailer specializing in monogram and personalized jewelry, which will occupy 7,000 s/f at 575 Underhill Blvd. Deal to Win will be relocating from 99 Railroad Station Plaza in Hicksville. The new location at 575 Underhill Blvd., will give the company easier access to main roads such as Jericho Tpke. 575 Underhill Blvd. is located off of Jericho Tpke. between Rte. 135 and Rtes. 106 and 107. "As demand for 575 Underhill Blvd. continues to increase due to the recent renovations and prime location, we are seeing a variety of tenants seeking out the space," said Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial, who represented the landlord. "Deal to Win, Inc. is just one example of the diverse tenants looking to grow their businesses at Underhill."

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
