Long Island Appraisal Insitute names 2011 officers and board

The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has recently named its 2011Officers and Board of Directors, who will oversee the organization's schedule of courses, seminars, receptions, golf outing, and member benefit initiatives. Officers for 2011 are: president Matthew Guzowski, MAI, partner, Goodman Marks Associates; senior vice president William Kinn, MAI, Kinn Real Estate Counselors; vice president J. Kevin Timoney, MAI, Key Evaluation; secretary Gerard O'Connor, SRA, Apex Appraisal Services, and treasurer Anthony Iaccio, MAI, Blake & Iaccio LLC. The chapter has a strong, experienced and talented board committed to serving its membership. The Appraisal Institute provides outstanding educational programs and networking opportunities that contribute to the career growth of appraisers in all levels of the appraisal industry.
