A brick three-story mixed-use building at 21 Greenpoint Ave. was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $1.32 million.
This 3,500 s/f building consists of two floor-through apartments and a garage which extends the length of the lot on the ground floor. There are also 1,117 s/f of available air rights associated with the property which allows for the possibility of future development. The building was delivered vacant.
"This property was sold to a user who will be living in the second floor apartment. He plans on doing a gut renovation on each floor and leasing the other two units," said Massey Knakal VP of sales Mark Lively who handled this transaction.
