LIREG New Generation holds bowling event on January 14th

Melville, NY The Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) New Generation group held a post-holiday gathering at Bowlmor Long Island  on January 14th. The bowling and cocktails event attracted 50 under-35 real estate executives.  Formed in 2008, the LIREG New Generation group provides an opportunity for real estate professionals under the age of 35 to interact with their peers in charitable projects and social events.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
