Lidl joining Totowa Commons

Totowa Commons, NJ According to Urban Edge Properties, Lidl will be joining the power center’s retail lineup alongside The Home Depot, Staples and Fortunoff Backyard. This new 27,270 s/f store brings a strong value grocery concept to complement these high-demand retailers. 

“Lidl is a popular and in-demand value grocer that brings a new use to Totowa Commons,”  said Leigh Lyons, senior vice president of leasing for Urban Edge. “This is their second location in Passaic County, and we expect that it will increase regular traffic and visits to the center.” 

Totowa Commons is located in Passaic County at the intersection of Rtes. 80, 46 and 23, and serves Totowa, Little Falls, Woodland Park, Fairfield, and West Caldwell. The property is  three minutes from Willowbrook Mall and Wayne Town Center and is accessible and visible from the roadways.
