LIDC finances over 1,700 s/f for auto repair company

The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) financed over 1,700 s/f of commercial real estate with $210,000 in SBA 504 program loans as part of $500,000 in total funding for qualified Small Business projects in Suffolk County. LIDC financed D & D Brothers, Inc., DBA Huntington Motors, an auto repair business owned by Armando Dominguez. They received a $210,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $500,000 financing package to purchase their leased location consisting of building and land. The business repairs both domestic and foreign vehicles and trucks It serves Huntington, Greenlawn, Centerport and Halesite, N.Y. The company is expected to add an additional two employees. The project location is 96 Woodhull Rd.
