LIDC completes financing at 555-557 Oak St.
The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) assisted this month in the financing of 9,020 s/f of commercial real estate in Suffolk County.
Steve Molfetta and Steve Goad, VPs lending financed Graphix Solutions, commercial printing. They received a $406,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $975,000 financing package to purchase a new building of 9,020 s/f at 555-557 Oak St.
Graphix Solutions offer many products and services to their customers and pride themselves on the quality of their work and quick turnaround.
