LIDC completes financing at 555-557 Oak St.

The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) assisted this month in the financing of 9,020 s/f of commercial real estate in Suffolk County. Steve Molfetta and Steve Goad, VPs lending financed Graphix Solutions, commercial printing. They received a $406,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $975,000 financing package to purchase a new building of 9,020 s/f at 555-557 Oak St. Graphix Solutions offer many products and services to their customers and pride themselves on the quality of their work and quick turnaround.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
