LICN holds semi-annual dinner on August 6th at the Residence Inn; Next event to feature Smith of Coldwell Banker NRT

LICN held its semi-annual members only dinner at the Residence Inn on August 6th. The concept was unique in that they celebrated at the outdoor pool area which was so well-suited for an informal "get to know you better" gathering. No one imagined just how much the setting could effect the event. It was a rousing success. Gathered were those who often work together as a result of their affiliation with LICN. The group is a wonderful example of brokers cooperating to make more deals rather than competing. The excitement rose as the meeting end was in sight which signals the time of drawing for the door prizes provided primarily by LICN and a few sponsors. As the summer draws to a close, the group prepares their fall and winter schedule. In keeping with LICN's mantra of educating, informing and supporting each other and new and aspiring commercial real estate brokers, their speaker will be Ed Smith of Coldwell Banker NRT speaking about green/sustainability as it pertains to real estate. Join them!
