LIC Partnership holds Green Building Technology and Regulations Breakfast

LIC Partnership’s inaugural Green Building Technology and Regulations Business Breakfast

Long Island City, NY Dozens of green building industry professionals attended the LIC Partnership’s inaugural Green Building Technology and Regulations Business Breakfast held at the LIC Conference Center.

The event opened with a networking breakfast and featured three presentations, including:

• Solar and Cogeneration: Presented by Simon Mugo, EDGE regional outreach contractor for Pratt Center representing Solar 1, and Gita Subramony, project consultant for Energy Resource Solutions.

• Managing Efficient Buildings: Presented by Ron Spinelli, business development manager at Con Edison, and Robert Greig, specialist on Con Edison’s Commercial Demand Response team.

• Regulations Demystified: Presented by of Syed Abidi, Sustainability Enforcement Auditor at the NYC Department of Buildings’ Enforcement Unit.
