Lewis of ERG Commercial RE is sole broker in $725,000 sale

Greenvale, NY ERG Commercial Real Estate delivered the sale of a mixed-use two-story building for $725,000.

The 4,330 s/f building located at 13 Glen Cove Rd. sold for $167 per s/f.

Ryan Lewis of ERG, represented both the seller, Angelo Karatzas and the buyer, Aaron Hakimian of Baaco Properties.

The building is a mix of office and commercial retail. The property has one ground floor retail that is vacant. A second floor office is occupied by Luxury Car Service Co., Windsor Limo.

“We were able to negotiate within a week a sit down contract closing on December 30th to allow the seller and buyer to close before year end, benefitting both parties,” said Lewis.

The mixed-use building is located off one of Long Island’s premier retail intersections of Glen Cove Rd. and Northern Blvd. directly across from Wheatly Plaza.
