Levy of Grand Lux Realty receives Realtor.com Online Marketing Award
Michael Levy, principal broker at Grand Lux Realty, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm, was awarded a Realtor.com Online Marketing Award of Excellence. The award recognizes brokerage firms and individuals with the highest volume of listing transactions over a one to two-year period.
Grand Lux Realty is a discount Real Estate Listing firm with commission starting at 2.5%. Levy believes that charging for real estate services on an ala cart basis is an innovative concept especially in this type of current economy.
