Michael Levy, president and broker of Grand Lux Realty, Inc. has launched a new co-listing service for the Westchester/Putnam County Multiple Listing System (W-PMLS). Real estate listed on the W-PMLS gets exposure to over 8,000 real estate professionals in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess counties, and the Bronx.
The service is designed to benefit commercial brokers and owners who want to increase their exposure in the marketplace without increasing their selling expenses. No additional commission is paid by the owner or listing agent when taking advantage of this new service.
