Adams & Co. Real Estate renewed a five year, 3,865 s/f lease at 463 Seventh Ave., for Regent Park, LLC, a fashion company specializing in outerwear. The space will be used for general office and showroom purposes
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $40 per s/f.
The 22 story building has 24//7 access and security in addition to newly renovated elevators and windows.
