Levy of Adams & Co. brokers 7,930 s/f lease at 10 West 33rd Street; Represents tenant, Stone Mountain USA, and landlord

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered a new 10-year, 7,930 s/f lease at 10 West 33rd St. for Stone Mountain USA LLC. Stone Mountain USA is an accessories company selling women's handbags, wallets, cosmetic cases, travel cases, tech cases and business accessories. The company will occupy the building's seventh floor, using the space for offices and a showroom. David Levy, a principal at Adams & Co., represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. "The Fashion Accessories Building continues to be a destination building for tenants in this specialty niche," said Levy. "Stone Mountain USA sought out space in the building because it places them among other successful fashion companies." Built in 1914, this 12-story, 319,200 s/f building has 24/7 access. Tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Steve Madden Accessories, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, Jim Hanley's Universe and the United States Post Office. Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total s/f. The full-service real estate firm is responsible for millions of square feet of office space and provides property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout Manhattan by teaming experience with innovation.
