Levy and Zagar of Adams & Co. complete 2,035 s/f at 411 Fifth Ave.

Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC brokered a six-year, 2,035 s/f lease at 411 Fifth Ave. for JUNO Healthcare Staffing, Inc. The firm will use the space to house the company's New York headquarters. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in the transaction while Nick Zagar also of Adams & Co. represented the tenant. The 11-story property has 24-7 building hours and is located in the transit triangle. Notable tenants include Kathy Van Zeeland, Global Finance, and Bollman Hat Co. with retail tenant Citibank. "We are happy to help Juno Healthcare Staffing find the perfect space for its headquarters," said Levy. "The company will benefit from the building's central location, just blocks from Herald Sq." JUNO Healthcare Staffing is an international staffing agency that recruits healthcare professionals from around the world for temporary and permanent placement in U.S. healthcare facilities. The company, named one of the country's Hot 100 fastest-growing businesses of 2008 by Entrepreneur Magazine, recently expanded service to facilities in North Dakota and California. Adams & Co is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total s/f.  The full-service real estate firm is responsible for millions of s/f of office space and provides property management, brokerage and consulting services throughout Manhattan by teaming experience with innovation.
