Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC brokered a six-year, 2,035 s/f lease at 411 Fifth Ave. for JUNO Healthcare Staffing, Inc. The firm will use the space to house the company's New York headquarters. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in the transaction while Nick Zagar also of Adams & Co. represented the tenant.
The 11-story property has 24-7 building hours and is located in the transit triangle. Notable tenants include Kathy Van Zeeland, Global Finance, and Bollman Hat Co. with retail tenant Citibank.
