Levy and Maslin of Adams & Co. broker three leases totaling 2,995 s/f
Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered three leases at 34 West 33rd St. totaling 2,995 s/f:
* A six-year, 1,775 s/f lease for The Rose Garden, a leading children's fashion company that designs jeans, dresses and casual sportswear. David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord and the tenant.
* A five-year 1,035 s/f lease for men's and boy's company Jaden Sales Corp. and children's and infant clothing manufacturer Buzz Dannenfelser Associates Limited. The two companies co-signed the lease and will occupy the space together. Levy and Maslin represented both the landlord and the tenant.
* A nine-year, 185 s/f lease for Kim's OK Jewelry, Inc. The company will utilize the space as a showroom, office and retail space. Levy and Maslin represented the landlord and William Gil of My Zip Realty, Inc. represented the tenant.
"34 West 33rd St. is quickly becoming the place to be for children's fashion companies," said Levy. "We are seeing more creative deals happening in the market, like Jaden Sales and Buzz Dannen co-signing for their space."
