Levin Management leases 4,500 s/f to Panera Bread at Post Road Plaza

Pelham Manor, NY Fast-casual restaurant chain Panera Bread is now open at Post Road Plaza, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 267,000 s/f Westchester County shopping center. Panera Bread, which occupies 4,500 s/f, is one of several new national tenants to join Post Road Plaza’s dynamic tenant roster. Dining/entertainment chain Dave & Buster’s, Sally Beauty Supply and eyewear retailer Visionworks all have opened there in recent months. “We are pleased to expand Post Road Plaza’s dining options with Panera Bread, a restaurant chain known for its gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and baked items,” said Jordan Korris, leasing representative, Levin Management. “Panera Bread, along with the addition of several other prominent national tenants, is solidifying Post Road Plaza’s place as a premier shopping and dining destination in Westchester County.” Besides the newest tenants mentioned above, the center also has other national tenants including a 75,000-square-foot Fairway Market, HomeGoods, Modell’s, Marshalls Shoes, Dress Barn, Lane Bryant, Citibank, Hallmark, Smashburger and GNC. The center serves a growing residential population of nearly 411,500 people within a three-mile radius and nearly 1.2 million people within five miles of the property. The three-mile trade area offers an average household income of $72,000. Additionally, more than 82,000 vehicles pass the property per day on the Hutchinson River Parkway/Boston Post Road.
