Levin Management adds J. Crew Factory at Mayfair Shopping Center

Commack, NY J. Crew Factory will be the next new tenant at Mayfair Shopping Center according to Levin Management Corp. (LMC). The fashion and accessories retailer signed a 6,800 s/f lease at the Jericho Tpke. retail destination.

LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000 s/f Mayfair Shopping Center. E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the transaction on behalf of property ownership; Steve Merkle of Open Realty Advisors represented the tenant.

J. Crew Factory offers an exclusive collection of fun, colorful and classic apparel and accessories for women, men and children – at prices that can’t be beat. Whatever the occasion, shoppers will find the season’s best styles for the whole family.

“Mayfair Shopping Center has a long history as a strong, successful property offering a balanced mix of high-quality retailers, restaurants and service providers,” said Moawad. “Apparel is among our current leasing targets here, and interest has been strong within the category. J. Crew Factory is an exciting, household-name ‘win,’ and we are so pleased to add this national brand to the roster.” The property also has Loft and Jos. A. Bank stores.

Mayfair Shopping Center’s enviable tenant lineup also includes top-ranked grocer Lidl, PGA Tour Superstore, Planet Fitness, Sephora, JBBQ Wok & Dumpling, Outback Steakhouse, Sherwin Williams, Meet Izakaya Ramen & Bar, Prato 850, Bagel Toasterie, Northwell Go Health, Verizon Wireless, GameStop, Music & Arts, Original Brooklyn Pizza, Mimi’s Coffee & Bubble Tea (opening soon), D’Ore Jewelers, Champions Martial Arts, The Crushed Olive and Tropical Smoothie, among others.

Mayfair Shopping Center draws 2.2 million visitors per year, according to real time traffic data from Placer.ai. The property serves a population of more than 200,000 people within a five-mile radius.
