Valley Steam, NY According to The Rochlin Org., with the lease transactions of Schneider Freight USA and ZI Engineering, 10 5th St. is fully occupied. The 28,000 s/f office building, owned by LPF Realty, is located in the western Nassau County sub-market on L.I. “10 5th St. is attractive to office tenants due to its strong stable ownership, and its close proximity to the Valley Stream Long Island Rail Road station, JFK airport and major thoroughfares in southern Nassau County,” said Michael Levenstein of the The Rochlin Org., leasing agent for the property.
