Over the last few years, I have had the distinct privilege of serving on three non-profit Boards - The Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women, the Huntington Chamber of Commerce and WEDLI (Women Economic Developers of Long Island).
Serving on these boards has taken my business to the next level! They have provided me with an opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in real estate and other industries in order to have an economic impact on Long Island, to build a strong network of business contacts, to expand educational opportunities offered to the community and to make a difference in the lives of high school and college students through mentoring programs in each organization. For me personally, there is no greater satisfaction than working with young people to guide and direct them toward reaching their dream. Today's young people are tomorrow's leaders. They have a very strong sense of commitment and giving back to the community. After all, isn't that what it's all about!
