Leslie J. Garfield named exclusive sales agent for 155 Lexington Ave. in Manhattan's Murray Hill
Leslie J. Garfield has recently been appointed the exclusive sales agent for the 15-ft. wide building located at 155 Lexington Ave. in the Murray Hill neighborhood.
The building is 3,500 s/f and is currently set up as commercial ground floor space and an owner's triplex apartment. The commercial space is occupied by Good Old Things, an antique store.
