This was recently demonstrated as Lemanski was called upon to share his expertise at two prominent professional engagements. On October 25, he addressed a New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) Technical Meeting sponsored by its Real Estate Committee held at the Milleridge Inn (Jericho, N.Y.).
