Leibowitz of Arldon Realty and LICN brokers two leases - 7,545 s/f; Includes 7,000 s/f to Precious Kids Learning Center in Bay Shore

Sheldon Leibowitz, Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) member and founder/managing broker at Arldon Realty LLC, has brokered two leases totaling 7,545 s/f. In the first deal, Leibowitz leased 7,000 s/f to Precious Kids, Learning Center at 26 North Clinton Ave. The tenant will utilize the space as a day care center. Arldon Realty represented the owner and Carin Roth with Fire Island Real Estate represented the tenant in the three-year lease. The second lease was for a 545 s/f office space at 28 West Main St. Arldon Realty represented the landlord and tenant.
