Lee & Assocs. NYC arranges
$3.2m sale of 2,800 s/f retail site

Mamaroneck, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented the seller in the sale of 1444 E. Boston Post Rd. for $3.2 million. The property consists of 2,800 s/f on half an acre and was previously leased to People’s United Bank.

Peter Braus, Ben Tapper, and Cory Gahr of Lee & Associates NYC represented BFT Holdings, LLC, the seller, and sourced the buyer, Integrity 1444 BPR LLC.

“There are very few corners on Rte. 1 (Boston Post Rd.) in Westchester County that feature a drive-through lane and curb cuts, and even fewer of those that can be delivered vacant,” said Tapper, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC. “This sale was a great opportunity for the buyer, a local investor, to expand his portfolio with a vacant corner lot property for redevelopment.”
