Lee & Associates NYC represents Triton Construction in 12,015 s/f lease

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Triton Construction, a general construction, construction management, and consulting firm in a new, long-term lease for 12,015 s/f at 550 Seventh Ave. The company is relocating and expanding from its current space at 30 East 33rd St. and will occupy the entire 14th floor of the 25-story building.

A Lee & Associates team of Dennis Someck and Justin Myers represented Triton Construction in the transaction. Michael Heaner and Sam Stein of Kaufman Leasing represented the landlord, The Adler Group.

“550 Seventh Ave. offered Triton a larger floorplate that meets their needs as they continue to grow their footprint in Manhattan,” said Someck, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “The larger space, coupled with the fantastic natural light, and convenience to major subway lines and major transportation hubs in Port Authority and Penn Station made the building very appealing. We’re proud to have helped Triton in this relocation which will better allow them to service their growing business”.

Triton Construction has completed $10 billion in construction work across residential, commercial, higher education, hospitality and more, and services the New York City Metropolitan area, as well as Lower Hudson Valley and Long Island.

550 Seventh Ave. is located within a block of the N, R, Q,1,2,3 and 7 trains, and is a short distance from Port Authority and Penn Station.
