Lee & Associates NYC relocates and expands Dolly’s Swing and Dive at 146 Wythe Ave.

Brooklyn, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Dolly’s Swing and Dive, a Dolly Parton themed dive bar, in its relocation from 101 Kent Ave. to 146 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg. The bar signed a 10-year, 2,350 s/f lease at the new location, situated on the corner of Wythe Ave. and North 8th St.

Garry Steinberg and Brett Brownstein of Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Dolly’s Swing and Dive. The landlord was represented in-house by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, alongside Steinberg and Brownstein.

“The relocation of Dolly’s Swing and Dive marks a significant expansion from its current 800 s/f space and reaffirms its continued commitment to Williamsburg,” said Brownstein, associate director at Lee & Associates NYC.

“This deal highlights the strength and appeal of the neighborhood for food and beverage operators,” said Steinberg, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Associates NYC.

Dolly’s Swing and Dive has been operating in Williamsburg for six years, providing patrons with a unique experience based on the life and music of country legend, Dolly Parton. Owners of Dolly’s Swing and Dive also operate Midnights in Williamsburg, as well as Hank’s Bar and Vacations Bar in Bushwick. As part of the expansion, Dolly’s Swing and Dive will begin offering events in addition to its current food and beverage selections. 146 Wythe Ave. is located steps from Brooklyn’s premier retail corridor, two blocks from the Bedford L train stop, and surrounded by multiple hotels.
