Lee & Associates NYC assists Telecom relocation

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Telecom Infrastructure Corp (Telecom) in its relocation to 2 West 45th St. in Midtown, from 8 E 41st St. Telecom signed a five-year and four-month, 3,944 s/f lease and is expected to move in this month.

Alan Friedman and Woody King from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant. Craig Berman and Matt Lawrence from Joseph P. Day Realty Corp. represented the landlord, Joseph P. Day Realty Corp.

“When we started our search, Telecom’s priority was to be central to their financial services client base, close to transportation hubs and in a class A building,” said Friedman, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC. “We were able to achieve both goals, finding Telecom their ideal space in 2 West 45th St.”

2 West 45th St. is a high-end office building fully equipped with attendants and cleaning services. The building is located in the heart of Midtown, surrounded by popular hotels, restaurants and retail stores. It is also just steps away from Grand Central Station along with popular destinations such as St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the New York Public Library and the Museum of Modern Art.
