Lee & Associates NYC appoints Syanchuk as director of market research

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC has appointed Valeria Syanchuk as the new director of market research. This hire underscores the firm's commitment to delivering data-driven insights and tailored research solutions across its comprehensive suite of services, including retail and office leasing, advisory and due diligence analysis, investment sales, and capital advisory.

In her new role, Syanchuk will lead the market research department, focusing on delivering actionable insights that support Lee & Associates NYC's diverse clientele. Her appointment aligns with the firm's mission to combine local knowledge and expertise with a global perspective, ensuring that our clients receive service tailored to the dynamic New York City real estate market.

Syanchuk brings specialized experience in the New York City commercial real estate market, having most recently served as senior research analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.

Syanchuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University's Feliciano School of Business and is currently pursuing her MBA with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate at NYU's Stern School of Business.
