Leatherman of MLS addresses LICN members

At LICN's May meeting they had Kevin Leatherman, MLS president, spoke to the group "How to protect your commission as a buyers agent in commercial transactions." LICN's next networking breakfast meeting will be held in Bayside on June 25th, 8 a.m. at 207-07 Northern Blvd. The event will feature Jimmy Vatties, CCIM and a walking tour on Bell Blvd. with Bradley Diamond of Coldwell Banker NRT and Lyle Sclair of Bayside Village BID. Bob Stark, LICN president, will be participating and on a panel in the Nassau County Business Seminar on Disaster Preparedness, "Is Your Business Prepared" on Wednesday, June 12th from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Nassau County Office of Emergency Management at 510 Grumman Rd., West-Bethpage LICN will be joining Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) Conference June 13 at the Crest Hollow Country Club.
