The property was sold to the World Mission Society Church of God based in New Jersey. The 40 acre parcel is located off I-84 and Rte. 207 across from Stewart International Airport. This parcel consists of several large buildings including the main house, chapel, retreat center and administration center which are all connected with interior hallways. There are also 2 school buildings, cottages, barns on the property as well as kitchens and dining facilities. The property was listed and sold by John J. Lease Realtors, which was represented by Richard Lease and Brian McGorman. Richard Lease states that the New Windsor town offices were instrumental in facilitating the transaction and closing.
