Laskowski joins Avison Young as research analyst

Stamford, CT According to Avison Young, its Fairfield/Westchester office has hired Nicole Laskowski as a research analyst. Laskowski, a graduate of Fairfield University, was previously communications manager at The Marketing Advantage, a research and marketing solutions firm. Prior to that, she held positions at NBC Universal and Central Connecticut Coast YMCA. In her new role, Laskowski will be responsible for working on data collection and analysis projects, production and delivery of quarterly reports for local Connecticut and Westchester office markets, and periodic Tri-State and national market research and analysis. She will also produce research materials as a business development tool in support of broker pursuits. “Our Fairfield/Westchester office has grown rapidly over the past several years, starting from a one-person shop to now include over a dozen brokers and staff,” said Sean Cahill, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s Fairfield/Westchester office. “The addition of Nicole as a dedicated research professional will greatly enhance our team to provide an even higher level of service to our clients.
