Larkin to instruct March 21st course

Verona, NY On March 21st, NYSCAR will feature Joseph Larkin, CCIM, MCR, SIOR teaching Real Estate Investment Measurements Using Excel.

Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm via Zoom

CE Credit: 2 hours

Registration fee: NYSCAR members: free; non-members: $50.00.

Peter West, CCIM will instruct “Basic Principles of Equity Marketing” on May 16 which will help prepare participants for the June 15th marketing session at Turning Stone Resort and Casino.

July will feature three courses by NYSCAR past president Edward Smith, Jr.: Working with Office, Retail and Industrial Buildings, Leases and Green Concepts-7.5 hours c.e.; July 18 and 19-Working with Investment Properties: Financial Analysis, Taxes and Exchanges; Discrimination issues in Commercial Real Estate-7.5 hours c.e. July 21 and 25-Ethics and Agency, Land and Site Development, Comparing Investments, Brokerage issues and Building your Commercial Business-7.5 hours c.e , July 26 and 28.

We will be welcoming Mary Peyton back on August 22 to present “Is a Rhombus a Square,” covering two hours of cultural competency and two hours of implicit bias, required for license renewal.
