Larkin of Larkin Commercial to teach real estate course
Joseph Larkin, CCIM, SIOR, president of Larkin Commercial, Inc., Albany, presented an advance 5-day training program on real estate investment analysis to commercial real estate practitioners in Shanghai, China.
This advance investmentcourse was attended by real estate developers, corporate real estate executives, and commercial real estate brokers from China.
The training program is focused on advance analysis of real estate strategies for investment real estate.
