LaPerch of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial secures sale of St. Patrick's for $255,000
Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Real Estate Group, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has brokered the sale of Saint Patrick's Catholic School located on 115 7th St. for $255,000. Houlihan Lawrence agent, Thomas LaPerch, represented the Archdiocese of New York in the transaction.
The buyer, Mikiko Ino, a New York City-based artist, purchased the 10,000 s/f former school building with future plans to utilize the space as a studio to host workshops for art students.
Including the former Saint Patrick's building, the entire property consists of three buildings: a 1,800 s/f rectory building and a 2,000 s/f community building.
"115 7th Street is a unique property and historic property. We are thrilled that the building's value has been recognized and that it will ultimately be reimagined as a learning environment once again," said LaPerch.
