LaPerch and Salomone of Prudential Serls broker $3.9 million sale of Titusville Plaza Retail Center
Prudential Serls Prime Properties' commercial division recently helped broker the sale of the 20,000 s/f Titusville Plaza Retail Center for $3.9 million.
Misty Mountain Properties sold the retail plaza, which was built in 2006, to the investment group Coolidge Equities after developing it from a vacant lot into a nine-tenant strip center. The developer sold it as a fully leased income property.
The sellers were represented by two Prudential Serls Prime Properties agents: new homes and land division director Tom LaPerch and commercial group director Steve Salomone.
"This center is another example of the continuing growth in Dutchess County," said Salomone.
