Landow of Landow Architects completes new science lab at Mercy College; Along with Emtec Consulting Engineers and Severud Associates
A new 1,500 s/f science laboratory was completed at Mercy College's Manhattan Campus at 66 West 35th St., designed by Landow and Landow Architects. The project was led by Glen Landow, AIA NCARB LEED AP, a principal of the firm. The laboratory is used by the college's students for science instruction and hands-on experimentation.
In addition to its Manhattan Campus, Mercy College maintains locations in the Bronx, Dobbs Ferry, and Yorktown. The Science Laboratory is one of many facilities Landow and Landow Architects has completed for the college. The firm is currently working on a project to repurpose existing space for new programing at the College's Bronx Campus.
MEP engineering services for the science laboratory were provided by Emtec Consulting Engineers. Structural engineering consulting was provided by Severud
Associates.
