Landau, Vegh and Pershin of GFI broker $1.05m sale in Brooklyn
GFI Realty Services, Inc. completed the sale of 1150 President St. for $1.05 million. The rent stabilized, four-story walk up building with 16-units was sold by a local investor, represented by Joseph Landau and Steven Vegh of GFI Realty Services. The buyer, represented by Vegh and Yisroel Pershin of GFI, plans to maintain long term ownership of the property.
1150 President St. is located in the Crown Heights area.
"GFI was able to close the deal in just 60 days," said Vegh, senior associate at GFI. "We knew that we had the right buyer for this type of property and closed the deal quickly and seamlessly, something that many other companies in today's market are struggling with."
