LaGrua joins FCSMC&C as associate

Attorney Lauren LaGrua, a resident of Ridge, New York, has joined the Mineola-based law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP (FCSMC&C) as an associate. A graduate of Albany Law School (2005), LaGrua concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and mortgage and asset-based financing.  "Lauren will be an important asset to our corporate and commercial practice group as well as our Real Estate Department," said FCSMC&C managing partner Jeffrey Forchelli. "We are pleased to welcome her to the firm." LaGrua is admitted to the New York and Vermont State Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of Vermont. She is a member of the New York State and Vermont Bar Associations.   Founded in 1976, FCSMC&C is a full-service law firm with offices in Mineola and Melville, N.Y. The firm has over 40 attorneys.
