608 Fifth Avenue - Manhattan, NY

Designer sports apparel retailer LACOSTE is expanding and creating a brand new national flagship store at RFR's 608 Fifth Ave. LACOSTE is growing its ground floor footprint by adding 1,029 s/f to its current 8,926 s/f space and executing a new build out for ground and second floor space at the corner of 49th St.
"We welcome the expansion at 608 Fifth and are excited that LACOSTE is renovating and re-opening with their brand-new, re-designed U.S. flagship store.
608 Fifth's corner retail offers high visibility and strong pedestrian traffic; it's one of the best corner retail locations in midtown," said Oliver Katcher, senior vice president of RFR. "With the new ground floor space taking up the entire Fifth Ave. storefront, extending from the lobby of 608 Fifth around the corner of 49th St., LACOSTE is creating one of the most exciting retail locations on Fifth Ave."
Construction was scheduled to conclude last month, and LACOSTE will re-open its new flagship just in time for the start of the summer season when Fifth Ave. reports some of its highest pedestrian traffic.
RFR is a privately held full-service Manhattan-based owner/developer with a rapidly growing portfolio of office, residential, retail and hotel properties.
