According to RCG Longview Debt Fund IV, LP, two former Bank of America Securities executives have joined the company. As part of their senior management responsibilities, Christopher LaBianca and Dean Ravosa will oversee originations, loan structuring and underwriting as well as all asset management functions.
LaBianca spent eight years at Bank of America, serving as a managing director and co-head of national originations in the firm's CMBS capital markets group. Ravosa was a managing director at Bank of America, where he managed the structured finance closing group nationwide and the northeast conduit closing group between 2001 and 2008.
