• Alexander Kutikov and Gordon Heeps of RM, with Julie & Co., brokered the $999,900 sale of 1607 Rte. 9 between Valuspace Halfmoon, LLC and Christine M Goodness. RM represented the buyer. 

• Kutikov and Heeps, with CBRE of Albany, LLC brokered the $2 million sale of 46-48 Railroad Ave. between 46-48 Railroad Ave, LLC and Empire Wine and Spirits, LLC. RM represented the buyer.

• Kutikov and Heeps, with CBRE of Albany, brokered the $820,000 sale at 15 Avis Dr. in Latham between Colonie Youth Center, Inc and Brotter-Latham Corp. RM represented the seller.
