How has being a member of WEDLI impacted your business?
Being a member of WEDLI since 1989 has been a tremendous asset to my career as a commercial real estate broker on Long Island. In the beginning I volunteered for the board position of fund-raising chair.  Then, I was elected president for a two-year term. Following that I served as co-chair of programs for 6 years, planning monthly meetings with influential speakers from many sectors who addressed the issue of stimulating the economy on L.I.
By being actively involved with the other WEDLI members, who are influential in their respective fields and their communities, I was able to expedite various real estate transactions.  I spoke with attorneys, architects, town, county, and state officials, environmental experts, bankers, and accountants. Their expertise and connections helped me better serve my buyers and sellers. They also felt confident in my ability to serve their clients well, and I received many referrals over the years from these outstanding WEDLI professionals.
