Kuchera appointed controller at Ciminelli Real Estate Corp.

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation has appointed Patricia Kuchera as controller. As controller, Kuchera will be responsible for oversight of both property and corporate accounting activities for Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation. Kuchera has been working for the last 5 months at Ciminelli in a consulting role identifying efficiencies and defining processes to enhance the level of service provided to our clients. She brings with her over 20 years of finance and operations experience, most recently serving as director of financial analysis for Harlequin Distribution Center where she was responsible for the analysis and financial management of all operations. Kuchera holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an AAS in Data Processing from Erie Community College.
