Krauss named VP of real estate transactions at DLC Management Corp.

DLC Management Corp. has promoted Sally Krauss to VP of real estate transactions. Krauss is responsible for coordinating/ managing the successful completion of DLC's real estate acquisitions, dispositions and all financing transactions. She has closed over $1 billion in real estate transactions in her tenure with DLC. She is also responsible for maintaining environmental compliance with respect to DLC owned and managed properties. "Sally is an ideal employee," said DLC's COO and executive VP of acquisitions, Daniel Taub. "She is dedicated, comprehensive, team-oriented, always seeking ways to both protect and improve DLC, and continues to gain more and more experience that adds value to the organization." Prior to joining DLC, Krauss was VP of a national environmental and engineering firm. She has managed numerous environmental and engineering audits in commercial, multi-family and industrial settings as well as corrective action studies. She has over 17 years experience in managing all types of engineering and environmental site assessments as well as remediation projects for a national client base including but not limited to governmental agencies, private industry, property owners and lending institutions. Krauss received a BS in Business Administration from Berkeley Business School. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the U.S. Green Building Council, and is currently pursuing her LEED certification.
