Kozhinoff of Itzhaki named exclusive agent of 30-unit apt. building
Itzhaki Properties has been named the exclusive sales listing agent for 21703-09 Hillside Ave., a block through garden apartment complex in Queens Village North. The building is comprised of 30 units, 50% of which are fully renovated. There are eight indoor garages, a new boiler was put in two years ago and a new roof. Itzhaki Properties associate Aaron Kozhinoff exclusively represents the seller of this investment.
