Kowalczyk of LIDC finances 170,000 s/f at 2 Channel Dr.

The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) financed over 170,000 s/f of commercial real estate as part of total funding for qualified small business projects in Nassau County, N.Y. Ken Kowalczyk V.P. lending financed Ambiance Collections, LLC/Finesse Novelty Corp. specializes in the manufacturing and importing of fashion accessories for distribution. They received a $3.599 million SBA 504 loan as part of a $8,919,276 financing package to purchase a 170,000 s/f building on 7.6 acres of land. The new property is located at 2 Channel Dr.
