Peter Korpacz

Peter Korpacz, MAI, FRICS, has recently joined Weiser Realty Advisors LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Weiser LLP) as an executive managing director. The addition of Korpacz further enhances Weiser Realty Advisors' growing team of recognized professionals, as well as the menu of services it can now offer to clients seeking real estate counseling services that extend beyond traditional appraisal services to include litigation support, valuations, due diligence, fair value analysis, and marketability and feasibility studies.
As founder, original publisher, and editor-in-chief of the 20-year old Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey, Korpacz has delivered insights from his career as a veteran counselor, appraiser, expert witness, and arbitrator to those operating in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. Certified as a general real estate appraiser in 14 states, he provides guidance to clients in areas ranging from commercial consulting to real estate taxation and the valuation of large pools of assets.
Korpacz is often called upon to act as an expert witness in both state and federal cases for matters involving bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, condemnation, limited partnership disputes, and tax certiorari. A frequent speaker on capital markets, leasing markets, investment strategies, and other trends impacting the industry, his insight on the topical issues facing today's real estate market is often featured in both print and broadcast media.
"Peter is an excellent addition to our team," said Weiser executive managing director, Deborah Jackson. "He has long been a recognized industry leader in the real estate consulting world. Peter's trend-setting insights on the real estate market, as well as his considerable skill as litigation support specialist, appraiser, and counselor, will prove great complements to the noted professionals we already have on staff as we continue to grow our firm to offer enhanced value and services to our clients."
